Our 3rd Child

Well many of you know that we are expecting our third child. This pregnancy has been very different from the others. I usually get morning sickness from until the 12 week mark and then things get better. This time around I have been sick the whole time and I am now at about 20 weeks. My cravings have been totally different as well. It's been hard feeling sick for this long, but we've made it. Travis has been such an amazing father and husband, picking up my slack and doing so much. Because this pregnancy has been so different everyone has been saying that it'll be a girl. Today I had the ultra sound and it was so much fun. The baby was moving a lot, making it hard for the technition to get a good view of arteries and heart valves but she finally got what she was looking for. It was surprising to find out we are having a BOY!!! I laughed when she told me. It made telling everyone the news so much fun because I knew everyone was expecting it to be a girl. The nurse doing my ultra sound was great. The best comment she said was that "He's not being shy at all, there's a good view, and he wants everyone to know that he is definitely a BOY." Tyler and McKay are so excited and happy that its a boy. Travis was shocked and laughed when I told him. I am excited for this little guy to come and can't wait to have him here.

Young Womens Camp 2012

Girls camp was great! With it being my first year since I was a young woman, I was a bit nervous and stressed about things going well. But camp did go great. The girls had a good time, and stayed mostly warm. The food was good. The activities were good. The spiritual moments were great. And everyone got along with each other. There were only minor injuries. And we all went home at the end of the week exhausted. It was a great first year, as a leader, for me. :)

Blevins Family Reunion

We had an amazing time at the Hancock Family Reunion in California. There were about 89 people total who attended the reunion and many activities. From a Six Flags amusement park with whale and dolphin shows, to the cold but very fun beach, to the all day reunion at the park. We had a blast. We did so much and had so much fun, we are still recovering. (I hope the pictures work. If not I'll try again.)

Summer Resolution

Much to my surprise, I logged onto my blog and found that the picture service I used has been shut down!!! That's what I get for going almost a whole year between posts. Ha. Well I'm going to try to do better this year. So, hopefully I'll be able to find another picture service that works well with blogs and isn't to difficult for a technically challenged person like myself to use. So wish me luck with being more consistent with my updates on this blog. :)

Summer 2011

Hello Family and Friends,
I know I did it again. It's been about a year since my last post, but oh well. Life gets busy.

It's been a great summer! Tyler and McKay are so much fun. Tyler looks forward to 1st grade this year, and McKay is just running around everywhere doing everything. Travis and I are working hard and playing hard. We have had family from CA come and visit, and we have gone to Colorado for a family reunion that was a blast!

We don't want the summer to end!
